April 28 – Florida Man Faces Battery Charges After “Intentionally” Pressure Washing His Neighbor

Everyone loves the feeling of spraying water on a friend, especially when catching them unawares. But you’d really have to discern when to pull such pranks, otherwise you’d end up in cuffs, facing an expensive fine.

A Florida man probably thought of making fun of his neighbor when he pulled a pressure washer on him. Mind you, pressure washers are as strong as to remove stubborn dirt on a concrete floor, how much more when landing on human skin. However, this man neither cared about the pain it might cause his neighbor nor the dire consequences of his actions. So he pulled the hose on the neighbor and spattered dirt and dust across his face and upper body.

In this case termed a domestic disturbance, 52-year-old Johnny Plaster Jr. was captured by a surveillance camera walking toward the front of his property when he saw his neighbor blowing weed. The man turned on his pressure washer before letting his intrusive thoughts win. The video shows Plaster approaching the neighbor in Somerset Acres Lane and directing the hose toward him without consent, as the arrest affidavit states.

The cops arrived at the scene and arrested the 52-year-old before charging him with one count of misdemeanor battery on top of a $250 bond.

While you thought pressure washer was crazy enough, wait until you learn of a 71-year-old man trying to run over his neighbor with a tractor. As expected, the senior citizen from Florida faced serious charges when the police reviewed a video that captured the incident.

Howell Morris verbally exchanged with his neighbor Scott Lynch before he started his tractor and chased him. The victim’s wife captured the whole incident on video before calling the cops. Angry Morris gets over to his tractor when Lynch immediately starts running and screaming cuss words.

As you might have already heard, Florida is not a place for beginners!

April 28 – Florida Man Arrested for Stealing from Liquor Store in Spider-Man Mask

Many things come to mind when you think of a Spider-Man mask. However, to one Florida man, it is a good investment, especially when purchased from a thrift store. Yes, you read that right! It’s an investment that could give massive returns to a burglar after disguising his identity when he goes out stealing.

A Florida man had such thoughts when he quickly hopped into a thrift store and got his Spider-Man facade. While he thought he’d remain mysterious, the police were able to pin him down and arrest him, rendering the mask totally useless, or probably useful in hinting to the police at the man.

The suspect, Edward Wilburn took the name “Fast Eddie” probably imbued by his ambitions to remain a fast burglar who would escape the police’s fast chases, or whatever! But the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office was quick to not only identify the man but also nab him after stealing cigarettes and bottles from a liquor store. Too bad for Eddie, the whole incident was captured in a surveillance video from the liquor store, showing him grabbing several bottles and transferring them in a box before taking off.

One thing with most burglars, they will always visit their target area beforehand to probably plan their operations, something that has always sold them out. While most think going there beforehand without a mask will make them unsuspected, their physical features, including their walking style will always aid in their arrest.

Well, Eddie had previously visited the store without the mask and even tried to break in. However, after a moment he stopped his operation and ran out, probably after realizing that he had revealed his face, as reported by Deputy Bruce Milne. However, the man, thirsty for the bottles and cigars went and hastily purchased a mask before returning to the liquor store. Deputy Milne was able to quickly identify the man, partly because he had visited the store sans disguise and partly because he had a history of burglary for almost 30 years.
