April 21 – Florida Man on Scooter Dies on the Scene After Crash with Deer
While some people meet their death through “dumb ways to die,” others meet it in the most unexpected ways. A Florida man took his scooter and hit the road, hoping to get to his destination but things turned out different. A deer from nowhere jumped onto him with all its might and he died on the scene.
This is the case of a Nashville man in his 60s who was enjoying his scooter ride near Kennedy Parkway when his life came to a sudden end. The man, who might have been living his best life, met his unforeseen death when he crashed into a deer, hitting the front of the vehicle against the animal. I mean, it takes a good life to be 67 and still have the balance that scooting needs.
Giancarlo Agnoletti from Oak Hill died on the scene, after the front of his Honda scooter hit the deer, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. The impact of the collision threw Agnoletti out of the vehicle and he died.
Such incidents are not so rare in Florida. In a different county, a motorcyclist lost his life after colliding with a deer. Unfortunately, most victims of deer accidents die on the scene, either due to injuries caused by the animal or because they lead to bigger accidents. Case in point, the latter happened to a Florida man from Manatee County. The man was driving his motorcycle on I-75 when a deer traveled his way.
The 50-year-old man, unable to veer off, hit the animal and was thrown on the left-paved shoulder as the deer landed on the opposite side of the road. A southbound vehicle approaching the scene hit the motorcycle before suddenly stopping. Just then, an oncoming FHP vehicle traveling south veered into the left paved shoulder and hit the motorcyclist.

April 21 – Florida Man Arrested After Aiming Red Laser at a Police Patrol Helicopter
In Florida, you’ll find men with all sorts of personal questions, all trying to find answers in their own kind of way.
A Florida man ended up in the cuffs of law enforcement officers after he pointed a red laser at a helicopter. The helicopter wasn’t a random aircraft carrying passengers, but a police one patrolling the area. Your thought could be this is a young boy just exploring the laws of physics, right? Well, you’re wrong. This is a 48-year-old man, probably wondering what life could be without problems with law enforcement.
On that fateful day, a Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office helicopter patrolled over Clearwater after a fire incident. That’s when the crew noted a laser pointing in their direction from a nearby yard. The man, Brian Harting shined the laser device not once but thrice, according to a statement from the Sheriff’s Office. The 48-year-old was arrested and after the questioning, claimed he didn’t know his actions were against the law.
However, his claims of ignorance couldn’t justify his actions. Instead, he was held at the county jail facing a $25,000 bond. The law also charged him with felony misuse of a laser lighting device. After investigating the man’s history, detectives found that he had just been released from prison over issues related to heroin possession. So, rather than wanting to explore the prison experience, as we initially suspected, this man might have just wanted to bounce back in.
Or, was this his way of retaliation for serving a prison sentence for a drug he loved? Who knows?
Regardless of the amount of times Florida Man publishes, you’ll always find folks who want to know how hot the fire is. Not so long after this scenario, another Florida aimed a red laser at a St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office helicopter multiple times. The laser reportedly blinded the crew partially, which is a felony punishable by 5 years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
